I have been personal training for over seven years and have helped countless people improve their confidence in the gym. I have a B.S. degree in applied movement science and am currently attending the University of Texas for my M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology. I believe in taking a scientific, peer-reviewed approach to my methods to replicate the best possible

results for each clients individual and unique goals.

What I bring to the table


My background also creates a great experience for my clients because of its diversity. Due to my knowledge of biomechanics and applied movement science, I am able to understand how the body functions and operates anatomically and functionally. I help clients understand proper form based on the function of their musculature and bone structure and train optimally to build muscle while mitigating risk of injury.


My knowledge of anatomy and physiology also equips me to help clients achieve a high level of transformation. By having an advanced knowledge of physiology, I am able to understand the cardiovascular and endocrine systems of our bodies and can help with optimal training and hormonal function.


Proven Methods


My time at UT Austin has taught me the value of a research based approach. I utilize academic research to help bring the most cutting-edge and modern science while continuing to improve my knowledge in a constantly changing field. This helps you take out the guess work of wondering what is a trend, what is a myth and what is outright not true in the fields of nutrition and fitness.
